I hold the title of "Ace Cruise Ambassador" which only a handful of people hold in this country. Ace stands for the Association of Cruise experts and they have awarded me this prestigious title after years of training in every aspect of the Cruise industry. Aside from this I have also travelled extensively myself, cruising with most of the cruise lines out there today, getting first hand knowledge of the product. I have won many awards over the years and have gained specialist status in many destinations as well as holding the Association of Travel Professionals Gold status.
