Of all the seaside resorts in the Costa Almeria, Mojácar is the most famous and you can enjoy 17 kilometres of stunning beaches with many sporting the blue flag accreditation for high standards of safety and cleanliness.  Much of the surrounding coastline is a nature reserve ensuring you get some breathtaking views.  It has remained a beautiful resort by restricting the height of newly constructed buildings.
