Morocco: Dramatic landscapes and staggering sunsets

All inclusive holidays in Morocco offer many pleasures and some may say that it is an intoxicating overload of mouth-watering tastes, exotic sights and warming African aromas. The areas offer some quite astonishing landscapes.

Morocco itself is a stunning setting where mountains simply fissure into an amazing precipitous of multi coloured gorges; mud-brick Kasbahs change to deepened blood red when the sun sets and the scenery transforms into a backdrop that one may have only thought existed in fairytales.  One thing is for certain, all inclusive holidays to Morocco will not disappoint.

Morocco climate perfect for all inclusive holidays

Some of the best times to take all inclusive holidays to Morocco are during the spring when the country is green and lush with a rainbow of exotic plants and flowers as complex and colourful as you could imagine.  All inclusive holidays are also popular during autumn when the bright colours have changed to deep rustic lusciousness as the summer heat is easier.

Moroccan spas and activities

Taking a steam bath, known as a hammam, is a popular cultural activity when visiting Morocco, where an attentive assistant - a tabaya - will use traditional Moroccan savon noir - black soap - to exfoliate away your cares.

Treks along the Sahara on a camel - otherwise known as Méharrées -  are exceptionally popular on all inclusive holidays to Morocco.

Other popular pastimes include most watersports which take place in the Atlantic such as windsurfing and diving.  Due to the stunning mountain regions mountaineering is also very popular.

Festivals in Morocco

During May, Tangier holds its TANJazz festival and in June the city of Essaouira holds its annual Gnaoua and World Music Festival.  July is the month for the world famous Marrakech Festival of Popular Arts along with the Festival of World Sacred Music in Fes.
